Medic Alert Bracelet
It's a good idea to get a medic alert bracelet. This way, at the very least, all of your health information will be accessible to EMTs, paramedics, whoever.
Because I wouldn’t talk about it, wanted nothing to do with it, mom printed out wallet-sized seizure cards that had contact information, medication information, and seizure first aid printed on them. The SmartWatch detects abnormal motion from convulsions of a tonic clonic seizure and will then atomically send out a text to emergency contacts with your location. It will also automatically call one emergency contact. The watch has a HELP button you can press if you are able to feel a seizure coming on or if you just need help. It has given me a great sense of comfort and more independence.
